Eugene Fama, The Robert R. McCormick Distinguished Service Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, sat down with Dean Edward Snyder and an audience at the Chicago Booth Management Conference for an informal discussion about financial markets. He discussed common questions on the efficient markets hypothesis, the credit crisis, and the business of business schools. There’s also an audience Q&A toward the end of the video.
For some, a good part of this discussion may be over your head. For others, light bulbs may suddenly light up. In any case, this is a very interesting presentation for people who are interested in investor education. Enjoy viewing this video at the Fama/French Forum.
